Our team is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality dental care. To achieve this: we are dedicated to excellence in all we do we are committed to working closely with our patients to develop individual treatment plans that meet their goals, budget and oral health needs we believe in partnering with our patients through education and clear communication so they understand their health and how to best achieve and maintain it Making your first appointment Making your first appointment is simple and easy! When you call our office, we will gladly reserve a time that is good for you. A few days later you will receive your welcome packet which includes all forms we need to open your chart. Contact us! What to expect during your first appointment A patient’s first appointment normally takes about two hours. The purpose of your first visit is four fold: Get to know you: We want to learn about any concerns, goals and expectations you have. Establish your health history: Letting us know about any previous or current conditions, medications, and treatments helps us provide you with the best comprehensive care possible. Determine the state of your health: During your first appointment we will take all necessary radiographs. X-rays help reveal the status of your tooth roots and bone giving us a baseline for the health of your mouth. Dr. Adriana Jaramillo will also give you a comprehensive oral exam noting the existing condition of your oral health and recording areas of concern. Establish a plan: Whether your mouth is healthy or in need of some care, we will establish a plan of action. Patients with healthy mouths need to be proactive in maintaining that health. If you require treatment, Dr. Adriana Jaramillo will make sure you understand her diagnosis and the options available to you. Together we will establish a treatment plan that helps put you on track to a healthy smile!
